Havoc Demon Hunter: Twinblades of the Deceiver
Legion artifact · 20 appearances you can still get · hidden appearance: Deathwalker
Make examples of those foolish enough to oppose you, and the rest of their kind will grovel at your feet.
The artifact has six appearance sets of four tints. What the game shows as each tint's unlock condition is printed under it, and an unlock counts for every demon hunter on your account. Ticks save in this browser and show on the Demon Hunter page and the classes hub.

The hidden appearance: Deathwalker
Guise of the Deathwalker
A dark weapon from a long dead master, hungering to taste blood again.
3 steps.
Sources disagree. Wowhead item comments say kills without the charm give nothing; one summary of Wowhead's guide says the charm is no longer needed.
Deathwalker
The base look is the secret above. The other three tints come from dungeons, world quests and player kills once you have it.
Every other appearance
Twinblades of the Deceiver
From the weapon's own questline and the start of your class hall campaign.
Hand of the Illidari
From finishing the class hall campaign. The last tint needs the achievement "This Side Up", for collecting Legion's lore books.
Darkenblade
Starts with the "Balance of Power" questline. The tints come from Broken Isles world bosses, Mythic+ and "Glory of the Legion Hero".
The keystone tint counts in current Mythic+ dungeons. The game still says level 5; guides have given 5, 10 and 15 over the years, and recent players report a timed +5.
Demon's Touch
Honor levels, which have been account-wide since Battle for Azeroth, so honor earned on any character counts.
Flamereaper
The Legion Mage Tower. Not obtainable since Battle for Azeroth; you keep it if you earned it then. Today's Timewalking Mage Tower gives other rewards.
Mage Tower
In the Timewalking Mage Tower, Havoc takes on Closing the Eye (Archmage Xylem), solo. The demon hunter reward set and the Soaring Spelltome are ticked on the Demon Hunter page.
