Elekk's Thunder

Starts with the "Balance of Power" questline. The tints come from Broken Isles world bosses, Mythic+ and "Glory of the Legion Hero".

The keystone tint counts in current Mythic+ dungeons. The game still says level 5; guides have given 5, 10 and 15 over the years, and recent players report a timed +5.

War-torn

Honor levels, which have been account-wide since Battle for Azeroth, so honor earned on any character counts.

In the Timewalking Mage Tower, Beast Mastery takes on Feltotem's Fall (Tugar Bloodtotem and Jormog the Behemoth), solo. The hunter reward set and the Soaring Spelltome are ticked on the Hunter page.
