By using elitegrindlab.com you accept these terms. They are short because the site does very little to you: there is no account, no purchase, and nothing to sign.

EliteGrind Lab is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any game developer or publisher whose games it covers. All game names, trademarks, and materials belong to their respective owners — see the attribution and IP notice.

Accuracy, and its limits

Everything here is written in good faith under the editorial policy, sourced, and labelled confirmed or unconfirmed. That is a standard, not a guarantee. Coverage of unreleased and in-testing games is provisional by nature and can be wrong or go out of date. Content is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.

Do not make a purchase decision on the strength of anything here without checking it against the developer's own announcements. Where an entry is marked unconfirmed, that label is the point.

The games

Games in the Game Lab are provided free and as is. They may be unfinished, may change, and may be retired. Progress is stored in your own browser: clearing your browser data deletes your save, we have no copy, and it cannot be restored. Do not treat a browser save as something you own permanently.

Using our content

The original writing, commentary, and site code here belong to EliteGrind Lab. Quote it, link to it, and cite it freely — short excerpts with a link back are welcome and need no permission. Republishing whole articles is not.

Third-party material used under the publishers' fan content policies — game screenshots and art — is not ours to license to you. Get it from the publisher.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to this site, and do not scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people. There is nothing here worth attacking; the entire site is public static files.

Links to other sites

Articles link out to sources. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EliteGrind Lab is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
