Classic: what is still worth farming

The game as it launched in November 2004: Azeroth’s two continents, a level cap of 60, and the raids that built the genre — Molten Core, Blackwing Lair, Ahn’Qiraj and Naxxramas.
Its zones were rebuilt by Cataclysm in 2010, so the Classic you level through today is the remade world, not the original. Every character passes through it before Chromie Time starts; there is no campaign to pick.

Counting…
Counts are a floor, not a total. The expansion is not recorded for every collectible, and many source lines name a boss without a zone. "Missing" uses what you have ticked on the mounts, pets and toys pages, in this browser.
Farm it
Its raids run on legacy loot: a solo character gets the whole loot table, whatever its class. Loot is still locked per boss, per character, per week. Tick a raid when you have cleared it and the tick clears itself at the weekly reset: Tuesday 15:00 UTC in the US, Wednesday 04:00 UTC in Europe. Tick a collectible when you get it; it is the same tick as on the collection pages.

Drops come from the encounter journal's loot tables where it lists them, and from each collectible's own source line where it does not. The raid ticks are for one character: lockouts in the game are per character.
