1,683 mounts, sorted by how you get them. The biggest group is vendors, at 527. That is the good news for a collector: a third of the stable is gold, reputation or a currency, and none of it depends on a drop roll.

Drops come second with 332, and those are the ones that take years. Achievements are 255. The Trading Post rotates 114 through its monthly stock.

Two groups need a caution:

• In-Game Shop (76) and Trading Card Game (19) are real money or cards that stopped printing years ago.
• No source listed (48) means the game gives no source for them at all. Most are hidden in the journal until owned, and many can no longer be got. They are listed here so the count is honest, not because they are farmable.

Each Where line is the source text the collection journal shows for that mount. It names the boss or vendor and the zone. It does not give drop rates.

Expansion comes from the item that teaches it where the game records one, and from the zone or instance it drops in where it does not. It is left blank when neither settles it: old-world capitals, zones that exist in two expansions (Uldum, Nagrand, Dalaran), and anything sold from a shop, a card or the Trading Post, where the vendor’s location says nothing about when it was added.

Search by name, boss, vendor or zone, pick a zone from the list, or sort vendor items by price. Tick each mount you own: the list keeps count per source, Missing shows only what you still need, and a filtered view’s address can be bookmarked or shared. Ticks are saved in this browser only.
