World of Warcraft: ForeverCamping

Every campsite object, with the numbers

Updated 2026-09-17 · checked against Beta build 1.60.1.69893

Read out of the beta client. Until 17 September not one buff value had been published anywhere; the tables circulating elsewhere were transcribed from demo footage and two of them disagreed with Blizzard’s own recap.

The ten base objects

Values scale in brackets by your level. The last column is the whole game: which class buff this object replaces rather than stacks with.

Object Grants By level At 60 Cancels
Sharpening Wheel Strength 6 / 11 / 20 34 Strength of Earth Totem (Shaman)
Lodestone Melee attack power 12 / 20 / 32 / 49 / 67 90 Blessing of Might (Paladin)
Mana Well Mana per 5 sec 10 / 15 / 20 / 24 29 Blessing of Wisdom (Paladin)
Fish Bowl All stats, % +8% Blessing of Kings (Paladin)
First Aid Kit Stamina 3 / 8 / 21 / 34 / 45 56 Power Word: Fortitude (Priest)
Faction Banner Spirit 14 / 19 / 27 32 Divine Spirit (Priest)
Incense Candle Intellect 2 / 6 / 12 / 18 25 Arcane Intellect (Mage)
Enchanted Lute Armor, all stats, all resistances 28 → 260 armor 308 / 13 / 22 Mark of the Wild (Druid)
Camp Chair Crit chance, all spells and attacks +2% Moonkin Aura (Druid)
Camp Tent Raises Rested XP to a set share of a level nothing

Nine objects, nine class buffs, five classes. Paladin loses three, Priest two, Druid two, Shaman and Mage one each. Warrior, Rogue, Hunter and Warlock bring nothing a camp can replace — which quietly makes them better camp companions, because nothing they provide is wasted.

Camp Tent is the only base object that cancels nothing. It is never a wasted slot regardless of group composition. If you are placing one object and do not know who else is coming, that is the object.

Five of these were unknown until now

Mana Well, Lodestone, Fish Bowl, Incense Candle and Enchanted Lute appear in no published object list. They are not obscure — between them they cover Paladin’s three blessings, Mage’s Intellect and Druid’s Mark of the Wild, which is to say most of the reason you brought those classes.

The Blueprints — twenty-six of them

Advanced objects, bought as Blueprint recipes that drop from dungeon bosses. All of them require a Campfire nearby, and all share the camp feature cooldown.

Every one of them also carries a base object’s buff. This is the rule nobody has written down, and it is what makes camp composition a real decision:

Advanced object Also gives So it cancels
Anvil, Master Forge Sharpening Wheel Strength of Earth Totem
Rock Garden, Molten Foundry Lodestone Blessing of Might
Alchemy Laboratory, Fermenter Mana Well Blessing of Wisdom
Fishing Rack, Fishing Hut Fish Bowl Blessing of Kings
Toxin Study, Plague Doctor’s Laboratory First Aid Kit Power Word: Fortitude
Loom, Spinning Wheel Faction Banner Divine Spirit
Greenhouse, Seed Hybridizer Incense Candle Arcane Intellect
Arcane Forge, Arcane Salvager Enchanted Lute Mark of the Wild
Sewing Machine, Tanning Rack Camp Tent nothing
Field Guide, Trapper’s Workbench Camp Chair Moonkin Aura

Exactly two advanced objects inherit each base object. That symmetry is deliberate and it means there is no utility object without a buff attached — you cannot place a Tanning Rack “just for the recipes”. It takes a slot and it brings Camp Tent’s rested experience whether you wanted it or not.

The remaining Blueprints carry utility instead of a listed buff: Repair Bot (buy reagents and repair), Cookie’s Feast (Stamina food, needs a Cooking Fire), Baker’s Oven, Anarchist’s Workbench, and the two upgraded campfires below.

Some of them are not buffs at all

  • Rock Garden — spawns a common mining node over time
  • Greenhouse — grows herbs over time from planted seeds
  • Seed Hybridizer — multiplies seeds, or combines them into rarer tiers
  • Fishing Rack / Fishing Hut — catch uncommon / rare fish for a duration, plus Fishing Skill lures

Seeds, seed tiers and camp-grown gathering nodes are an entire subsystem, and nobody has reported that it exists.

Three campfire tiers, not two

Basic Campfire → Journeyman Campfire → Expert Campfire. Each “allows cooking and the placement of up to n additional camp features”, with the number rising per tier.

That settles the question Blizzard’s phrasing left open. Their recap said the Cooking upgrade takes capacity to “five or 10”, which read as two discrete steps with an ambiguous middle. It is three campfires, and the upgrades are items — Journeyman Campfire Kit and Expert Campfire Kit — not a profession threshold.

All three require sitting or crafting nearby for a duration before the benefits apply, which is the /sit requirement stated as a mechanic.

What we still do not have

  • The exact capacity of each campfire tier. The client stores it as a variable the tooltip fills in; we have not resolved the three numbers.
  • The Camp Tent rested-XP figure, same reason.
  • Skill level requirements for any object. The 20 / 140 / 300 Blacksmithing ladder is still single-sourced.
  • Which boss drops which Blueprint. Item drops are server-side in Classic-lineage clients, so this may not be datamineable at all — it may need running the four dungeons inside the level 30 cap and recording it.
  • Whether two nearby camps interfere, camp lifetime and placement radius.
