Where its souls come from
Every Elite Soulless Corpse Gnat soul you pick up counts towards it — they drop as Soul: Elite Soulless Corpse Gnat (Bound). Souls drop less often once you out-level a monster and its name turns grey, so farm them while the monster is still at your level.
