- Purify the Water Altar
- Ask about the exact condition of the altar
- Talk to Ivan — Ivan
- Remove whatever is weakening the altar's power
- Defeat Cursed Poison Blood ×7 — Cursed Poison Blood
- Ask if the condition of the Water Altar has improved
- Talk to Ivan — Ivan
- Go to the Earth Altar and purify it
- Purify the Earth Altar
- Go to the Fire Altar and purify it
- Purify the Fire Altar
- Ask about the exact condition of the altar
- Talk to Ivan — Ivan
- Remove whatever is weakening the altar's power
- Destroy the Poison Blood Clot ×8 — Poison Blood Clot
- Ask if the condition of the Fire Altar has improved
- Talk to Ivan — Ivan
- Go to the Wind Altar and purify it
- Purify the Wind Altar
Then hand it in to Ivan in Altgard.
