It comes as the item Forgotten Melody (Skin: Staff) (Bound); using the item adds the skin to your Closet.

Skin combining

It can come out of combining Epic or Unique skins. A combine gives one random skin of the same grade, or of the next grade up. It costs 6,000 Kina for Epic or 30,000 Kina for Unique.
