          What it grants

Boss Damage Tolerance +0.5% — always on once earned, and stacks with every other title you own
          Equipped
Natural Stamina Regen +1300 — only while it sits in your Utility slot

          The other faction's version

Asmodian characters earn But First, Damage Control. The Elyos title with the same grade, slot and stats is Lyin' Eyes.
