Owned Effect
Always on once the Warrior Wings are in your collection, whichever wings you wear — the Owned Effects of every pair you own add up. Wings cannot be enhanced yet, so for now collecting more pairs is how you raise flight power. When they can, enhancement raises Flight Power. The rest stays the same at every level.
